The Hotel is comfort but the price is more high and inside the room more clean that Hatyai Central hotel
.The location is not near to shopping center , walk must take 15minit - 20 minit. And night time no restaurant near our side must walk to Lee garden plaza .

Room is big, too big in fact for single travellers
Location is not good. There's nothing within walking distance outside. Can't just go out for meals.

The hotel is in a relatively quieter part of town but the main shopping areas is within walking distance. It is very near to a food street where one can have good hawker styled foods easily.

I liked the fact that when I checked out 5 days earlier than booked (because I was so disgusted with the hotel) they refunded some of the money I had paid
The staff were unfriendly, the rooms stank, the rooms were not very clean - infact they were very delapidated, cockroaches everywhere.

I dont ever espect such price of rate have also bathtab, so comfortable with the double bed, its not queen size bed but its king size!!!...

I like the friendly staff, although they could not speak proper english, their hospitality is warm. Clean room with fridge/air- cond/heater working properly. Quiet. Strong water pressure. Soo many cable tv channels. Although only 1 lift, waiting time is short, so that's okay. Fast service for room request. More positive than negative about this hotel.
No kettle in room. Limited parking space for car travelers. Far from shopping places-definitely sweat a lot if walking in family of 6 like us.

Was better than expected for the money. Yes it is a bit tired but our room was clean and they even brought breakfast to our room for a minimal cost. Shower was hot, aircon worked. Only stayed over night as we were travelling- not a holiday hotel but fine for a short stay over. Near lost of food outlets and hawkers.
Wifi was not good enough- had to sit in bathroom to get any signal at all, and only ok for email- and even then slow.
